Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Avalia platform, an all-in-one restaurant management system. By registering or using the Service, you fully accept these Terms.

Avalia provides: touchscreen POS, kitchen display (KDS), online reservations, legal working hours tracking, basic accounting, QR menu, own delivery and a public restaurant website.

The Service is provided as SaaS via web access. Avalia may modify features with reasonable prior notice.

Access requires a monthly subscription at the current rate. The price includes all features — there are no add-on modules.

No lock-in: cancel any time at no cost. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Avalia may modify pricing with at least 30 days of notice.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Not share credentials with unauthorised third parties.
• Use the Service in accordance with applicable law.
• Not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Comply with applicable tax and employment obligations.

Avalia and all its components are the exclusive property of Avalia or its licensors. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the intended purpose.

Data entered by users (menu, customers, orders) remains the property of the user.

On cancellation, you may export all your data in standard format (CSV/Excel) within 30 days. After that period, data will be securely deleted.

Avalia does not guarantee uninterrupted availability (target: 99.5% monthly). Maximum liability for direct damages shall not exceed 3 months of fees paid.

Legal compliance: Avalia provides technical tools; responsibility for their correct application rests with the restaurant operator.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Pakistan.
